Bear's Den
 

Whilst many UK bands have followed the jolly dungaree upbeat sound of Mumford and Sons regarding Folk tinged Indie. Bear's Den have gone down the atmospheric/melancholy route. Only two E.P's thus far of which Without/Within is definitely the one to go for.

I bought the Agape EP and to be honest wasn't a massive fan. But saw them live with Matt Corby and they were awesome. Definately agree that they have taken a different approach.
The cover of hold on we're going home is pretty cool.

New album out and this is from it. I want to F**k away all my fears.

Four years later, I wonder if this band is still around - and btw, don't miss Jackhammer's OP, with its "...the jolly dungaree upbeat sound of Mumford and Sons..." On the strength of that phrase alone, I really wish he was still around. :(
