may have done this before but this man deserves exposure. haunted graffiti is a great album with songs like strange fire and Envelopes Another Day standing out. hes a bit like early beck meets the madness of scott walker and martin grech. his sound relys on heavy experimentation and distortion but there is a slight pop element to his music. overall very odd and zany but very good. do check him out.

BUMP. I've recently rekindled my love for this guy. He was the first artist other than Animal Collective themselves to release material on their paw tracks label.
The albums House Arrest, Worn Copy and The Doldrums are all strange as you like but so good. I guess he's lo-fi freak folk - as Loose said, if you're looking for something different check him out. |

Apparently almost all of his shows are met with intense negativity? He himself said that his music just doesnt transfer well into the live environment. He's got a pair of gonads on him going out and performing well aware of the reaction he'll get. I personally love the fact his music is so alienating it incites such responses.

No less insightful than your praise. But I suppose anything can find an audience nowadays.
