I'm hoping for the contract option because "Wheels" is a terrible song and I don't think its indicitive of their best work.
I do fear that they are moving toward bland, pat glory-rock though. "hero," "best of you," and "wheels" are all kinda that same big, boring, hollow riffs.
They need a return to form like REM had.
