no people pop punk song but which one?
 

yesterday night i listened to a pop punk song which i liked very much, it must be from beginning of the 80s from what i decoded.
it repeats over and over the lyrics "no people" and it has a fixed tune which is punk but not that pacy and fast.
i hope someone may help me to find her out!
