Default Fitz And The Tantrums

Has anyone else heard of them? I just recently found out about them and I like them already, they have a very good Indie pop sound. Their new album came out 2 months ago and it's awesome this was my favorite song off it

Fitz And The Tantrums - 6AM [Official Audio] - YouTube

"More Than Just A Dream" - Great album and here are the songs I recommend -

6am
Break the Walls
Fools Gold
Keepin Our Eyes Out
Last Raindrop
MerryGoRound
Out of My League

You need to check out their first album. They have way more instrumentation going on like a hornline and it just creates a fuller sound. If you like this second album then you'll love the first one even more.

If you don't like Moneygrabber then I can't help you man. The overall sound of their first album is all rolled into that song. Pickin' up the pieces and Tighter are my other go to songs from that album.

No I like it, other ones you recommended sound good as well

But the differences from their first and second album are like night and day!

Yeah, I was mad disappointed at first when I heard their second album coming from the first one.

I did give it a chance though and it slowly grew on me.

Yeah but would you say that the first one used more acoustic instruments compared to the second one which was really synthpop, electronica...

I was expecting more of that 60s type sound they were using and they decided to jump two decades and go to the 80s and I was like booooo.

Well they probably did it to appeal to a mainstream audience that unfortunately loves Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and whatever other artist today's crap-pop spits out...

But I would still say this 80's inspired pop album they came up with is better then gaga, perry and other crap today.... but that's just my two cents

Yeah people have a raging hard on for the 80s and I guess I don't blame them but yes their 80's inspired pop is at least a higher quality than some other artists.

I don't agree with you calling Gaga and Katy Perry crap though lol. I happened to like those two.
