Vampire Weekend LP3!

I didn't like their music at first, but after a while it grew on me. If you take it for what it is (laid-back indie pop with some clever lyrics) it's pretty good stuff. Looking forward to the new album.

Two more songs off the new album. I'm not sure how I feel about them yet. "Step" I wasn't crazy about. I was into "Diane Young" until about 43 seconds into it, when the vocal distortions started. Now as some know, I love VW. So I'm not giving up yet. I'll make an effort and give it a few more listens.

Oh Dear those weren't at all hitting my ears right. Still hold out hope and see what else becomes of it.

Love vampire weekend and I'm psyched for the new album to drop. I love Diane youngeven though it's a little different.

Leaked/streaming on iTunes now. First impressions: for me, this is their best album yet. Standouts are "Unbelievers," "Step," "Diane Young," "Ya Hey," and "Hudson," while every track is strong.
