Nice over all atmospheric tone. The vocals compliment and contrast the accompaniment and the lyrical content, production and arrangement all fall together to create a coherent story. A similar evocative mood is prevalent in a number of acts I have come across these days. Check out Laura Marling: Goodbye England , the xx: Shelter or a duet by the echo friendly : same mistakes. Perhaps not quite your speed. However…

I love the xx and "shelter," among many of their other songs on repeat around here. (I think I recently posted one of their songs somewhere)
I will check out Laura Marling and Echo Friendly.

I agree with you here. When I was listening to my "Working for a Nuclear Free City" radio station on pandora, these guys came up and I was hooked. My personal cup of tea is the said WFANFC. Somehow managed to find these guys through "Glitch Mob Radio" on pandora, but man these guys blow my mind! These were my "Gateway Drug" into Indie Music. Enough chit chat just click the play button and enjoy

You know, pretty much that whole album is really solid. Born, Bury Us Alive, The White of Noon.

I find their spoken word samples pretty interesting. Especially since they use the same stuff from he same guy over multiple albums. Theres a pretty long section of it at the end of Mystery Cloud. Ive searched what it was from before and didn't come up with anything.
