U2 - Joshua Tree,
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Toy Dolls - Dig That Groove Baby
Paul McCartney - Give My Regards to Broad Street
Johnny Cash - Bonanza (was an LP)

Plus a few more. These are albums bought by my parents and older siblings that I would sit down and listen to when I was a kid. I can't remember what the first album I ever bought myself was, but when I was 14 I got a really nice stereo (huge really) quite cheap (paid 4000 NOK for it, which would be about 475 EUR or 700 USD). Pink Floyd's live album Pulse was quite new at the time. I got it and it sounded amazing on my new big speakers.

The Pulse album cover also had a little light on it which lit up in pulse-like fashion. Pretty cool!
