I said in another thread that Porcupine Tree was my favorite band, but that was a lie, because this band is my fovrite too.
i love doolittle. I could never get sick of it. Well, actually, the same for the rest of the albums to. I was pretty pissed when i saw them in the US. I mean, how could weezer open for the pixies. they wouldnt even be a band without thet pixies!!! and like half of the people there didnt even know what the pixies were. GAH.

Are they still planning on releasing an album this year, or is Frank too busy with his solo career?

Nirvana didn't help out the Pixies at all, all of their albums pre dated Nevermind other than Trompe le Monde which was released in the same year. Nirvanas first album Bleach was released a year after Surfa Rosa, undoubtedly one of The Pixies most important albums. In conclusion The Pixies may have helped Nirvana, possibly alot but Nirvana played little or no role in the development of The Pixies.

Hiu I meant what Cardboard meant. Of course I knew Pixies pre dated Nirvana, anyone with at least half a brain cell knows that (now I sound really arrogant, oh well.) I meant what Cardboard said only less anti-Nirvana.
