I love most of his work but what has been up with him recently? Recording with ICP, letting an X Factor star cover his song........I worry for him.

Maybe he thought that ICP were funny and wanted to have fun and hang out with them? Maybe he was flattered by whoever covered him?

Indie people don't always have to be in it for the artz, guys. They are human beings and sometimes want to enjoy themselves. >_>

You can make note that you do not have tickets. There are usually a couple of people a show who win tickets through the meet and greet. You could also try casatickets.com or stubhub.com to see if the prices are a little lower.
