Just got news he will be comming to Aus!!! So annoyed though, I couldn't live anywhere further than an established live music venue even if I tried *sob sob sob....makes my life so much harder

No money for that either :p Just so you know train tickets here are close to the same price for plane tickets. I live in a country town that is some fair distance from the next major city/town or two that have live music. So any mode of transport will be costly regardless. We rarely get national or international bands come through either, so yeah...going to see someone live is a pretty big deal for me.

I think hes a really good artist... he sold out in 4 minutes or something ridiculous which is sad for the real fans

Huh, I thought that was only a problem in Boston. Its good to know Sacramento has the same problem. Its a sad state of affairs but so long as there is a market they'll keep doing it.

Its sad when I leave town, I can walk up to the ticket window at venues and just pay facevalue for ballgames and concert...its gross.
