Default Antony & The Johnsons

I can't stop listening to them. Listen immediately. 'Hope there's someone' is a beautiful song to start with and 'Cripple and the starfish' is cool. There's material with other great music legends too, such as 'Perfect day' with Lou Reed and 'What can I do?' with Rufus Wainwright.

Just for you Hookers, to avoid all the confusion.

I doubt either of you will be disappointed. LedZepStu I adore Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, 'I see a darkness' is one of my personal faveourites. Check it out if you haven't already. Not got around to buying that last album he did, I assume 'Wolf among Wolves' is from that one?

I love Antony & the Johnsons. Managed to catch them on his last tour and they were incredible. Cripple & the Starfish is magical and so is Hope there is someone.
The first album - 'Antony & the Johnsons' is the best. Get it if you haven't already!!

Wow i just checked all that out.

Most magical gig ever. I thought I'd died and gone to Elton John's own personal heaven.

Anthony, who used to play with Lou Reed, stunned the massive mixed crowd with his mini orchestra band, he played amazing songs of his own, a fantastic Leonard Cohen number, and a few Lou Reed numbers, ending with a stunning performance of Candy Says.

The most beautiful performance of the like I have ever witnessed, and he still reminds me of Jeff Buckley, even if he doesn't take that as a compliment, though I can see why Elton John wants his babies now too.
