I'm really like Muse here lately...gotta give props to khfreek for the compilation in the beginners thread...never would have checked them out otherwise.

You can watch 4/6 of the song on Youtube, if you like. The fans had to figure out a puzzle to find out where the USB drive containing the next part of the song was. So I'll just let them do all the work and upload the music for me to listen to

The 4/6 I did listen to I wasn't impressed with but it sounded like it was leading up to a good outro.

I love them.
Their name fits so amazingly.
Theyre really creative and just amazing.
Definitely buy it.
I prefer Origin of Symmetry myself.

Once you accept them for their somewhat cheesy over the top sound they are quite good and you lose some expectations thats they will ever be as good as Radiohead.

Anyway I think the whole scavenger hunt for USE is a pretty fun idea, but when I actually heard USE I thought this must be a joke. Theyve apparently been listening to alot of Queen, the whole thing sounded pretty corny (even for Muse standards) and left my hope that this album will show the band living up to their potential slowly dying. Like a Christmas present that you peek through the wrapping paper only to look at what appears to be a pair of socks.

If the names of the tracks are any indication, this is the cheesiest of the lot. So maybe you can have some more hope!

For me, the song was at least better than Supermassive Black Hole. That's where I set the bar.

Oh come on Supermassive Black Hole is a great dance song. And is this new album supposed to be a concept album about whatever conspiracy theory Matt was reading about that day? The track listings seem to be in a certain order were a story would be told, and the songs USE seems to have parts were it would sound like a national anthem of the country of the same name or something.

Also anyone else think Take A Bow would have been a great dance song if they hadn't gone over the top with that 'you'll burn in hell' bit?

But you could still appreciate that it is a great song for it. (I agree sweet_nothing)

Meh, s'pose. I go to Muse for songs to jump up and down to, not dance!
