I've only listened to Absolution regarding hearing the albums in full, but I've heard some songs when they occur randomly on my playlist.

I didn't read every post, so forgive me if this has been said. But I have a real problem with people who borrow very heavily from another band still making music. Admit it or not, if there was no Radiohead there would be no muse. So I (I as in me) wouldn't nessicerily buy there CD but I do like the songs I've heard on the radio. I just hate theives.

Origins of Symmetry was very good, Showbiz was good but it did leave something to be desired...and Absolution...well i wasnt a fan.

fair enough, showbiz was very radiohead-esque and origin of symmetry to a lesser degree, but absolution is nothing like them, its heavier and louder- muse do not use studio technology in the way radiohead do and they focus a lot on guitar riffs- something rhead are not known for. they're not better, but absolution is completely different.
