You have my sympathy... you're really missing out.

I don't think they've set out to be the next Oasis and I've never heard anybody use that phrase before. :p:

poor student here as well, still from what i've heard it would've been worth not eating for a few months to see them

even by sounding like a jackass earlier dreamtheaterglory is right matthew bellamy is a badass. this is one of the best live shows i have ever seen and every cd offers something great. i love the track new born off their 2nd cd origin of symmetry.

I think New Born is my least favourite Muse track. That or Plug In Baby. And I love both songs so that says something about my love of the rest of them. :p:

What he said.

Muse is awesome, still is, and even though I have matured slightly away from them they are still in my top ten definitely.

How do you mature away from muse... they are a Band for the mature if you acctually listen to them >.< but to each his own ....

Muse are Gods of the music world and their writeing is Amazeing !

I was just listening to Space Dementia and for the first time I wondered how they must feel about being so massive. I mean, I'm sure that they hoped they'd be successful at the start but I doubt they had any idea they'd get this popular. Their live shows are considered a big deal, they've won loads of awards, they've got thousands and thousands of obsessive fans... it must be so strange for them to think back to the very beginning.

Never really thought about it before.

It's strange how MUSE are very well known and Porcupine Tree are not. They play similar music. PT'S is less bombastic but a lot more intricate. I guess PT'S music is old hat. Damn shame as I think they píss all over MUSE, and I like a lot of Muse stuff!
