O.Children
A fair few years back, in the post-punk era, this band wouldn't have been out of place in the slightest.
If anything, it's a great shame they weren't. With a band named after the Nick Cave song and a gargantuan lead singer standing at 6'8" (a full 1" shorter than our own loveable/loathable Croatian stud) and with a voice to match, this band are worth a listen. |

I saw O Children and I was interested
I stayed for the voice, low baritone and bass isn't heard enough in music anymore. for some reason when listening to the first one I was reminded of A Clockwork Orange, not sure why I'm not so sure about the fashion style they have but I like what I hear and I'm gonna have to do a little more lookin into these guys |

First One reminded me of Joy Division, probably the combo of a low voice and the synth in the background :P
It's good though, it's always nice to hear a low male voice for once, it gets bloody annoying trying to sing tenor lines all the time!

I thought they are rather bland and generic take on all this post-punk revival trend going on. Mix New Order and Sisters of Mercy gets me bored really fast. People forgot what post-punk actually stood for and there are only few bands, that actually doing it right (HTRK is one of them).
