Default The Polyphonic Spree

They're one of my favorite bands and yet everybody in my family and peer group is either unaware of their existence or openly disdainful towards their brand of bombastic symphonic pop. I'm lookin' for some other polyphonic spree lovers out here.

The music is good but I can see how one might be put off by the whole matching robes, possibly matching Nikes look.

My best friends and I had The Polyphonic Spree on just about every mixed CD we made in the summer of 2006, which happened to be one of the best times of my life. I still listen to them occasionally, and when my friends and I listen to an old mix CD and Polyphonic Spree pops up, we enjoy the nostalgia.

Very good memories attached to the band.

They had a free show last year at Webster Hall that I got to go to. Pretty good.
There's like 50 people in the band and I told the emcee they must make $45 each a night.
