I love this band, totally one of the greatest Post-Grunge bands. Woz is probably one of the greatest song writers of all time

I didn't know this band exist. What year have they been playing their music?
I am born on the 90's already.

Underrated band for sure. The unfortunate victims of having only one hit. "Sex and Candy" was the song that got me into them, but I never care to hear it anymore and I left it off the album when I ripped it to my computer. All the other songs on their debut are better, IMO. Their other 3 albums are good too but a bit hit or miss, at least 3/4 good though. Their 4th was surprisingly more solid than previous two.

I've been meaning to check out the pre-Marcy Playground album by Zog Bogbean called From the Marcy Playground.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

They released first album in 1997, I honestly think Shadow of Seattle is one of the most amazing songs I've ever heard!

I agree that every other song that isn't Sex & Candy is good on their first album. I didn't care much for Sex & Candy back when it was released. I love Poppies. It's good to see that they're still around after facing "one hit wonder" status.
