Default Monade

Just reviewed their second album 'A few steps more,' still keeping with their Stereolab allies but a much softer sound. I haven't heard their first album though, anyone had a listen? Is the first one better? Do you prefer Stereolab or Monade?

I just recently picked up "Socialisme ou Barbarie" and instantly loved it. I've heard that Lætitia Sadier will no longer be performing under the name Monade and I'm kind of wondering what she might be doing since Stereolab is on Hiatus.

You should get the debut then, good stuff. And while you're at it pick up "Emperor Tomato Ketchup" by Stereolab.
