Another new band/album from this year that I see going hand-in-hand with Alt-J is
Django Django. The album is eponymous. They don't sound alike but they're both British and have similar indie sensibilities and sort of carve their own sound. Although Django Django remind me of The Beta Band at times.

Con Law is their best in my opinion, I haven't been able to get into anything else they've done since. The song "Salt City" on the latest EP
Lucky Numbers is good but the rest is crap IMO.
