Lately I have been addicted to a lot of 90s lo fi music. I have been listening to a lot of the first Apples in Stereo album, Elliot Smith, Liz Phair, Guided by Voices, and some Mountain Goats. Any suggestions for some new music?
I even made a nice little drawing about my love for 90s music ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Odyshape; 06-06-2010 at 12:57 AM. |

Now for the shoegaze, I would recommend, Blonde Redhead. I just got into them, and they're a real trashy feel. They sound a LOT like Sonic Youth. And for the new wave/post punk stuff, I'm not really sure but some bands that might sound like Joy Division and etc etc are Interpol and She Wants Revenge. I recently saw She Wants Revenge live and they were fantastic! I recommend you listen Tear You Apart, Out of Control, or These Things Last edited by ImAWestCoastIndian; 06-28-2010 at 03:28 AM. |
