Default New Stuff

I want to know anything new that yall think is up and coming. I will accept any suggestions. My favorite artist is Arcade Fire. But I like anything from 90's alternative to modern day indie.

Which albums from of Montreal, sigur rós and The National would you recommend? I've heard many people commend them.
of Montreal: Hissing fauna, satanic panic, false priest, skeletal lamping, sunlandic twins, lousy with sylvianbriar
Sigur Ros: Agaetis Byrjun, ( )
The National: High Violet, Trouble Will Find Me, Boxer.

I doubt my word around here means much, but if any of you want a steady indie rock group to listen to The Crash Kings are one of the best I've heard. If anyone could point me towards other bands that sound similar to them, well that'd be cool.

My favorite artist is Arcade Fire too. Which songs are your favorites?

Don't know if you have listened them, but I'm recently really enjoying Interpol, especially Turn On the Bright Lights. That album is gold and have so many good songs like Obstacle 1, PDA and Leif Erikson (my favorite).

Built to Spill, Modest Mouse, The Weakerthans, Death Cab for Cutie, Mac Demarco, Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, American Football, Animal Collective, Band of Horses, My Morning Jacket, Jeremy Enigk, The New Year, Pinback, Pedro The Lion, Radiohead, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Two Gallants, Washed Out, Wavves, Beirut

If you haven't listened to one or even more of these groups/artists I suggest you get on that because they are all amazing. I would highly recommend all of them.

Songs: The Weakerthans-Reconstruction Site, Mac Demarco-My Kind of Woman, Mogwai-Yes! I Am A Long Way From Home, Explosions in the Sky-Your Hand In Mine, American Football-Never Meant, Jeremy Enigk-Been Here Before, The New Year-18, Pinback-Good to Sea, Two Gallants-Steady Rollin', Wavves-That's On Me, Beirut-Nantes

Thumbs up New music

Don't know if this is the right place to be sharing, but just discovered this band, Pale Fires.

Fairly new band, released an EP few months ago that I just can't stop playing! And they have just released a new video!

Could some one please point me in the direction of the Southside Speedway by Fudge. I can't find the release anywhere and it seems to be kinda interesting one (judging from 4 songs i've mangaed to find).

I recently made this facebookpage where i will post songs once a day, mostly within the indie genre. I will be posting new, upcoming and old underrated songs. If you look to increase your playlist in the future give it a like.

The facebook page is called Daily Music. Give it a search

I'm a fan of Ty Segall...he's putting out some really good stuff right now. Some other decent bands to check out are: Band of Skulls, The Kills, The Growlers, Wavves, Fidlar, The Garden
