Default The Growlers

I have been unable to find any results when I searched for the band The Growlers

And they are my top favorite. Along with Man Man, and Dr. Dog

These are fairly simple words to search but I was unable to find results. Maybe people can give me suggestions on more bands that are like this? I'm at a loss, it's far too hard to sift thru the bull**** music out there and find something that's actually good and gets me going.

Default Some music between The Distance and There's Nothing to Admit

I want to listen to music that's somewhere between the songs, There's Nothing To Admit by The Mark Within and The Distance by Cake.
So what are the qualities that these songs share and where else can I find them?

This isn't a recommendation! And I'm not going to get answers to my questions here. So thanks a lot.

This isn't a recommendation! I'm looking for some feedback here, not to be shuffled somewhere where I'm not going to learn anything about what I'm specifically looking for. I don't want just any indie music, I'm trying to find something more specific then that.

Hello there.
Would anybody suggest me some good albums with female vocalists?
I recently discover Florence and the Machine and Lana del rey (I know I am late, but better late than never) and liked them very much.
I am not even sure that these ladies are indie or alternative because they record on major labels and their music is very enjoable and mellow, but I hope you understand the kind of songwriting and voices I like
Thanks in advance
