As far as noise pop, I'd recommend the Raveonettes, and definitely Railcars (they're very bizarre but one of my favorite bands), also Women seem to fit in with the bands you mentioned. More noise rock - The Mutators are always good, as well as AIDS Wolf. If you're looking for full blown noise check out Yellow Swans, but that has far less melody and structure than anything else mentioned so far.
props on mutators, not exactly a well known band. they have a split with night wounds, you should check them out if you haven't before.

uhh most the other stuff in this thread... i really don't have anything positive to say about his music though so i'll leave it at that.
