As far as noise pop, I'd recommend the Raveonettes, and definitely Railcars (they're very bizarre but one of my favorite bands), also Women seem to fit in with the bands you mentioned. More noise rock - The Mutators are always good, as well as AIDS Wolf. If you're looking for full blown noise check out Yellow Swans, but that has far less melody and structure than anything else mentioned so far.
I got the Women album a while back, never got into it. only liked a couple songs.





and good Arab On Radar and Scratch Acid picks.
