Stone Roses hands down for me, Nothing to do with them being British and I do really like the Pixies but in terms of my music taste the Stone Roses get their own page in the book, really a personal favourite of mine.

Bossonovais my fav album theirs with dig for fire my fav track... who cares why it just is. Will be seeing them (and PAVEMENT!!!) at primavera next month... can't bloody wait!! (primavera line-up is one of the best of any festi i've EVER been to, and i'm no spring chicken i can tell you!) :)

Hard choice as both are classic albums, but Dolittle wins as the Stone Roses album has too much filler.

I haven't heard much from Pixies, so the choice is obvious. To be honest, The Stone Roses is seriously up there as one of my favourite albums of all time, so I doubt there would be any competition anyway.

like what? imo if we leave out discussion of Don't stop which isn't really a proper song all the songs are of the v.highest quality.
