you didnt have to watch it. and yes, simplicity can be fulfilling- i like the white stripes after all. but there are a few "rock" bands i feel are too simple.

p.s. thats like saying to all the Green Day bashers on here "you dont have to listen to them" theyd still complain, and they still do. |
I just find it ironic that you`re complaining about people not having any talent whilst at the same time singing the praises of a band who throughout their 15 or so year history released the same old formulaic pop songs over & over again

cant help but feel your missing my point on purpose for once. My quarrell is not with x-factor only, that was merely a model of the grander scope of how anyone can become famous nowadays. I mean, don't get me wrong, its good that we are trying to find new talent i suppose. But can't help but feel Queen and The Beatles etc. had to work their way up and get noticed themselves not the other way round. It is stuff like
'we are the cheeky girls' - i need so more about that and Electric six is another, who are only around because they sang a crude song about a *** bar and did a rubbish version of radio gaga... sigh |

I don't get the logic that says "im gunna buy their CD because they sing about *** bars." I can't hep but feel you're exersizing your agenda. Maybe im ill exposed but I havn't heard many disco rock bands out recetly, and I can only recall Kiss trying it. And when was the last time a garage song had a sax solo in it? (no DMB does not count) |
