I hate Modest Mouse...

i dont get the hoobla surrounding this band

they get too much credit for just having Johnny marr as their guitarist

Good News for People Who Love Bad News is a horrendously vile album

Umm..you realize Modest Mouse were even more popular a few years ago before Johnny Marr had ever even joined them right? And outside the mainstream they were pretty critically acclaimed nearly a decade ago.

The last two albums have been generally acknowledged as bad. So congrats on judging a band based on their worst material and a very misinformed opinion.

very boring band, i tried to listen to their stuff, but its so unoriginal

I like Modest Mouse's two most recent albums.
Maybe it's because I'm not a pure Mouse fan and haven't listened to every other track ever performed by the group, but I liked them regardless.
