Default Railcars

It makes me sad that they don't have a thread, and when I went to search for them the only post I found was one of mine. They are experimental noise pop to the extreme, I guess they'd fit into the ****gaze genre by definition but they don't sound that much like any of the other bands that's associated with the term. I don't really know how to explain it better than that; they've released one EP and one mini album that may be my favorite album of 2009. I think it's one person, I remember reading the music and album art is a direct output from his dreams (which must be absolutely ****ing ridiculous). I'll put these up for anyone that wants it, and please ask because they're one of my favorite bands but no one seems to know who they are My only criticism is that they need a proper full length release, both of those end far too soon.

I dig Railcars quite a lot, i have both their releases thanks to you and i genuinely really like both of them. I probably prefer Cities vs Submarines slightly, i love the fusion of electronica and noise pop, this guy seams them together effortlessly to create so much energy it's silly. Good call.

Theres a guy, Bobby Aherne, that works under the moniker of Dublin Duck Dispensary. He does a similiar thing, im not sure if you're aware of him, but he has a couple of exceptional releases out on Rack'n'Ruin. If you want a link to them just pm me.
