Delgados - Universal Audios Actually I'd like to fit in the Hidden Cameras, Morrissey and Franz Ferdinand in there somewhere too.... hmm, what do you guys think? |

I bet I get called 'opinionated' or something for this because I usually am but I can`t help think that the reason people are gushing over Smile is over what it represents rather than what it actually is.

I'm not a massive beach boys fan other than a few, including Good Vibrations, which is on Smile therefore helping to make it my faveourite album this year. |

One persons opinion is valid when commenting on general opinion. The general public is made up with people just like me. What makes you so sure the reviews on smile are biased? I know a lot of heavily awaited albums failed miserably, no matter how much people anticipated and wanted them to be the best albums ever made.

Rise againsts "Siren Song of the Counter Culture" was sone of the best albums this year it was really good and A perfect Circles "emotive" was nice the first single imagine (jon lennon cover) was really awesome,I liked Interpols album "antics" thats a favorite oh and "You Are the Quarry," Morrissey that was a good one.
