Default Death From Above 1979

for those who havent heard these guys before, i advise you to check them out. they are similiar to the white stripes format in that they are 2-piece, one on drums and one on guitar. their sound is similiar to that of bands such as Ikara Colt and the stripes themselves. that said they have their own style and their own sound despite containg traces of the aforementioned groups. so im done selling this band to you, check them out if you havent already and if you have, what do think of them?

They were actually on Conan O'brien the other night. It was my first time hearing them and they blew my mind into itty-bitty pieces. It was funny though max weinburg rushed over to play drums with them midway through the song and couldnt get his jacket off so he started out playing with it hanging off his arms, but anyway, yeah, those guys are QUALITY!

I agree. They have more of a (dare I say) Bleach era Nirvana feel to them.

I've downloaded bits and bobs of this album, never listened to it as a whole, but I obviously liked it as its still here, which many bands don't manage. Will have to give them a proper listen, in the correct order and comment properly.
