Default Madeline

I hate about 90% of all female vocalist. I can't really tell you why. Maybe they try too hard to be different or they aren't any good at being the same but anyway most of them just simply rub me the wrong way. Madeline Adams however is a good vocalist and lyricist with a very refreshing, I guess you could refer to it as soft, voice. She's also pretty good live. She happened to park right beside my brother and me and we ended up talking about indie music. She was really down to earth and nice. She actually drove up from Athens, GA just for that one show. I don't maybe it's just me but I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff. Anyway she writes like alternative folk. So if you like Andrew Bird and Page France and Iron Wine you should check this jank out. Or if you just want to make me happy you can check it out too. She's put out two albums and a split with The Dead Bird (members of Tilly and the Wall). Kissing and Dancing is her best album in my opinion. So I upped it but you can get it for 5 bucks ppd from plan-it-x .
