I know what you mean, but given that Joni's aneurysm left her unable to talk, sing or walk for the past several years, I also found it very poignant and uplifting. And the way Brandi Carlile and the others were so respectful and supportive is very touching, imo. Brandi Carlile has really become the foremost interpreter of Joni's work.
