Help!
 

I know it's probably a little random, but has anyone made gnocchi from scratch before? I need a little advice, please. :o:

I know nothing about making gnocchi from scratch or even what that means, but I do know that Help! as in the Beatles album is a very solid record with plenty of good songs on it - even the filler is good.

Gnocchi is a pasta dish made with potatoes and it is best to buy it ready made albeit, fresh.

Whizz a can of tomatoes up and add white wine and slivers of salami. Mix and place in oven proof dish. Top with cheese. Cook and Voila! Instant meal. Gnocchi can be very starchy too so only add a little salt.

If I had jackhammer's cooking skills I'd be such a ladies man.
