Question My Mystery Acoustic Song...

I'm hoping someone can help me identify this song since it sounds alternative, acoustic guitar and all. Any help would be appreciated!

The chorus goes: "Love's never easy, and I know I'm hard on you. I think you realize you're hard on me too. So when the going's tough, we can't put our waepons down, cuz this love's strong enough to stay around..." I did a ton of searches for "love is strong enough to stay around" but got nada. The last verse of the song is: "You know that talk is cheap. I speak my heart in melody. And I'll use this song to say that I wanna be with you." I searched for "I wanna be with you" but no luck there either. It really is an awesome acoustic "love" song. Please let me know if you have an artist or title. Thanks!
