Anyways, I just picked up this girl's album "Youth Novels" the other day. A friend recommended her and I'm hooked. the album is produced by Björn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John and Lasse Mårtén.

I dont have much else to say about her, but make sure you check out the acoustic live video of her song "I'm Good I'm Gone", which is available to view on her myspace. It features Robyn, Adam & Bebban of Shout Out Louds, Daniel of The Concretes, Lars of Laaks and Mikael of Hjalmar. It's fantastic.

Aye - I've heard the 'Little Bit' single played on the radio a bit. It's not too shabby. The Björn Yttling influence is fairly prominent on the production though.

I can't stand her.
It's really weird because i obviously love my odd female singers, but with her i just feel like it's kooky for the sake of kooky, and the tunes just don't hold up. Never moind.

That's kind of what I thought at first, on her album I only even really liked two songs. Seeing her live completely changed my opinion, though. She's so fun and lively and just really earnest about what she does, you can't help but love her.

She's actually really talented, and quite attractive to add. Suprised she's not that popular yet.
