Yeah! got tickets to the melbourne show yesterday. If it's anything like the DVD it will be amazing!

Self-Titled is really good but I can't stand Yes, Virginia.

^I completely agree. In the thread I made before this on Dresden Dolls, I criticised Yes, Virginia. Its just not the same, it sounds a lot more refined, but they are better raw.

I haven't heard much by them, but from what I've heard from the self titled album, I really like them.

You also see her wonderful pit-hair.

Anyway, Dresden Dolls are one of the most-entertaining live bands I've ever seen. Brian has incredible stage charisma on drums - they really put on a great show together.

Actually Yes, Virgina is growing on me ever so slowly. ""sing" was absolute trash but "Dilila" and "My alcoholic friends" are pretty decent tracks. I'm braching a track every three months or so.

love the band's image using vaudevillian acts and punk cabaret- very visually "fun" bands.
All the Seattle shows were excellent esp. the secret show at CHAC after Panic at the Disco cancelled at the lst minute at The Fenix (due to an unexpected emergency)
Would love to see them again.
