Ray LaMontagne
Wondering who is familiar with him.
Fairly enjoyable, nothing spectacular but certainly worthwhile. I've included an up for his first of two albums. Ray LaMontagne - Trouble.zip The story is that he was inspired by a Stephen Stills album to quit his job and become a musician. I would not give anyone this advice, but love the potential of that kind of story. Anyway here's the guy. Ray LaMontagne - Trouble.zip |

If you're up for it, just listen to the first track ASAP and see if it makes you want to hear the rest or not, that's always a good test. |

I have heard a couple of tracks before. He has a great voice, but this sort of music does'nt really do a lot for me.

I heard Trouble lots on the radio and it's a nice enough song but it never really inspired me to go out and look for more of his stuff. He's another one of those artists where he's a lot younger than I'd imagined. Where are all of these amazing voices coming from all of a sudden?
