We Rocks the Party is the only song on that album that I don't like. Hopefully I'll get to see them in Germany.

They're playing at Duke Coffeehouse. I'm excited y0.

I have 'Inches' but I'm not too impressed.

The new album is the dog's bollocks...on the first listen that is.

I have inches, and I liked it. It's more of an album you listen while doing something else than real quality listen-to-intensely-music. I might go to their concert though, that could be fun.

What a load of nonsense. Why would Inches *not* be listen-to-intensely music? The lyrics are incredibly sophisticated, the rhythms expertly delivered, and the guitar work absolutely unbelievable. This is one of the most legitimately arty bands I've come across.

Question to ETHAN~!: would this, in any world, be regarded as emo or even emo-esque?

ahh thats the only song I've heard.
I'm trying to get into them but I honestly have no idea where to start.
Any suggestions from someone who knows what their talking about?

"Let's Stay Friends", while it's Les Savy Fav through and through, is probably not the best place to start as it's significantly more poppy than their other stuff. I'd suggest Inches, which is pretty much the definitive LSF album. It gathers together various singles not previously available elsewhere, spanning over 8 years. If you like that, you'll like the band.

The Sweat Descends (off Inches) is probably the most played song on my Ipod. Lets Stay Friends was in my top ten (probably five) records of 2007. Harrington is the pinnacle of fat, balding psychopaths anywhere in the world. I love LSF, wish they would come to Australia some time soon.
