Quite nice! I like the synths but i hope the whole album isn't like this, the main attraction of the YYY's to me is Nick Zinner's guitar.

That sounds like its from the killers. And I think if Brandon Flowers sang that, it would saound better.

This is not the YYY's I know and love. Is Is was so good...why this? =(

Karen, I want those screams, moans and groans back. NOW!

I wish they would have stuck with the overall sound of Isis for this album. It was a happy medium between Fever to Tell and Show Your Bones. "Isis" (the song) is probably one of the best things they've done to date! Karen's growls and Nick's swirling guitar riffs are phenomenal on that track!

Hopefully "Zero" isn't a complete indication of the overall sound of this next record.

Oh we're on the same page. Isis was a monster.

I liked their debut, even if it tries my patience in places. I never really bothered to keep following them after that though. The new song sounds decent enough - kudos to them for trying something new, however successful it does or doesn't turn out to be.

their honestly something you should go see live. I think as far as rock shows go their ruthless.

there aren't many bands coming out that own like this. If they ever play with the stripes it i'll be the tour of the year.
