Red House Painters

I've had Songs For A Blue Guitar sitting around forever, I got it after getting ahold of some Sun Kil Moon and liking it alot, their both projects from singer/songwriter Mark Kozelek I think I like Red House Painters best out of all i've heard. Have You Forgotten is amazing.

I don't really know who to care them to, they're kind of like Iron and Wine Nick Drakeish at times but other times not so, I can't really think up a sounds like.

You should try listening to more. They're worth while. Either the album Ocean Beach or Songs For A Blue Guitar.

Yeah Red House Painters are awesome. Ocean Beach, Down Colourful Hill, s/t - all excellent.

Sun Kil Moon are good but I much prefer RHP.

The s/t Rollercoaster lp is by far their best output imo
