Yeah you should be very thankful that you have any choice in radio. Where I live it's either a station that plays Creedence,Stones,Aerosmith,so on or the one that plays Creed,Limp Bizkit,Shinedown. Everything else is modern radio country or Beyonce style pop. Needless to say, i don't listen to much radio.

That's the same choice anyone has. Luckily enough, the crappy indie rock station occasionally plays some Radiohead or Stone Roses.

I remember catching The Horrors at the 100 Club some time around the release of Strange House, and they were awful. I consequently discarded them as a trite fad, destined to adorn the front cover of the NME for a few months then fade into obscurity.

Needless to say, their progression into a band with artistic merit has surprised me; both Primary Colours and Skying are great albums. Such a far cry from the days of Faris 'Rotter' and the black face paint.
