Default Dinosaur Jr's "Beyond"

I take it back this is the best album that you will hear in '07 not Panda Bear's "Person Pitch". These guys used to ****ing rock and they still do!

Why was this merged? He made a legit thread about the album. Whatever. Please change the title back to Dinosaur Jr seeing how this thread is about the band. I still haven't listened to this album because there's a 90% chance I'll be very dissapointed.

Where You Been is probably my favorite, but I really like Green Mind and Bug a lot too. I've been listening to Beyond the last few days and I like it.

Gave the new album a proper listen and I must say it deserves all the good praise it is getting. People expecting the feedback and experimentation which You're Living All Over Me and Bug had might be a bit disappointed but it genuinely sounds like the album they should make a comeback with. Crumble is such a great song.

Default Dinosaur Jr.

The other thread was, like, super duper old, so I thought a new one was necessary. I know them mainly by Without A Sound, which was beaten into my head as a child. I do enjoy that album, though. What do you guys think of them?

I love love love LOVE Dinosaur Jr at the moment. I go through phases where i'll listen to them for a month solid then nothing for several. And i must say, **** you all, Where You Been is good album, a lot more pop than their other stuff but its so damn catchy. That said, i have to go with the general consensus that Dinosaur and You're Living All Over Me are their best albums. I do however intensely dislike Green Mind
