Bright Eyes is comfirmed to make one more record set for release next year. Saddle Creek president Rob Nansel told the Omaha World Herald in an interview (in July of 2009) that the band would release one final record under the Bright Eyes moniker.

Oberst also commented to Rolling Stone that he wanted to "Clean up, lock the doors, and say goodbye" to Bright Eyes.

Well, at least the means he isn't leaving Bright Eyes with Cassadaga.

Bright Eyes is mainly singer/songwriter Conor Oberst though he has help from various musicians.

Hes been in other bands such as Commander Venus, Park Ave. and Desaparecidos. Hes been recording since he was 11 or 13. His biggest influence is Simon Joyner. Who comes from the same town he does, Omaha Nebraska. He is one of the best singer/songwriters and lyricists ever.

&, Four Winds comes out in aprill! Four Winds - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The new album is going to be sick.

How did Lua miss being on the tops songs?

Probably my favorite song of all time. The lyrics are hauntingly amazing.

Bright Eyes is set to release their FINAL record on Saddle Creek in Fall of 2010. Saddle Creek president Rob Nansal (spelling?) confirmed this in an interview with the Omaha World Herald
