Tim Kasher
I didn't feel like making three separate threads.
So, first band is Slowdown Virginia, post-commander venus pre-cursive, they're slightly better then Commander Venus and have the same sound, Tim Kasher does all the vocals. Pretty sick stuff, I have their self-titled and dead space if anyone wants me to upload them. Link: http://www.myspace.com/oldcursive Second band, the Good Life who aren't much like Cursive or Slowdown still good though. They're still going, I have Novena on a Nocturn and Black Out if anyone wants them. Link: http://www.myspace.com/thegoodlife Then Tim Kashers solo work, Stranger Then Strangers is really good I didn't expect much when I first saw it seeing as cursive unplugged sucks and thats what I expected it to be but its pretty good. I have a few live sets, and then Stranger Then Strangers if anyone wants it. Link: http://www.myspace.com/timkasheromg |

Slowdown Virginia is like Commander Venus with out the occassional annoying vocals. Which is cool. The Good Life is cool but there really isn't anything that's especially good about it. His solo stuff is probably my favorite out of the three.

I love Cursive, and Tim Kasher is one of my heroes. I saw him and the guys perform last November and they're coming to my area next month so I'm excited. I did some abstract art with the lyrics to "Dorothy at Fourty" on the back, and I plan on giving it to Tim if I get the chance to meet him.
