it seems that way doesn't it....i think i was mostly impressed with Silent alarm because i hadn't heard anything like that before and i really liked the new wave sound thing....the second album is like you say, more of the same, which means the enthusiasm has also gone down a notch ( although, Franz Ferdinand did the same thing on You could have it....and i liked it perhapse even better than the debut )
still, anyone that really dug Silent alarm will probably buy this one too....
