The John Peel Festive 50 Tribute Thread
As there are 50 days till Christmas (I was gonna do this a couple of days ago & forgot .... humour me OK?).I got thinking how to celebrate this year in music.
As the great man is no longer around to give us his festive 50 I thought we should make up our own. It`s perfectly simple , just upload a song from this year that you love & say a little about it. Hopefully by Christmas we`ll have a wide range of the best stuff of the year from all different genres , and at the same time do the great mans memory proud. Easy. So i`ll start this off.... 50. Jarvis Cocker - C*nts Are Still Running the World.
