Just listening to their latest offer, and it's making a very good impression. Not all the way through yet, but it's brilliant.

It seems a lot more melancholy than something like 'Set Yourself On Fire' becuase after 'Your Ex-Lover is Dead' that album's pretty upbeat, except the odd song. I'm liking the mellow tones though.

Saw them live yesterday!

Great, great show! Beautiful music, funny too. During some songs people just stood there listening with their mouths open. When they played the night starts here, omgg. Amy and Torquil stood next to each other, leaning on each other with their eyes closed. The emotion that went into that song just poured over the audience. I had goosebumps the entire time.

Amy.

And most of us buy albums after checking them out through downloads. So I don't think she would mind.

Stars are awesome and they do it live too, tho Campbell (is that the guy's name) is a *bit* weak vocally, Aimee holds her own and saves the day. I'm having trouble deciding what I like better Set Yourself on Fire = In Our Bedroom After the War. Heart is good too. great band, but still Broken Social Scene>Feist>Stars>Emily Haines>Aimee Millan

I haven't listened to Stars in months. I love Music Banter; this place has inspired me to get loads of my old music out already.

My favourite Stars track is Sleep Tonight.
