You shouldn't have any trouble the album came out last year, and I bought mine at Target.

I'd get Either/Or if you don't have it. New Moon is just unrealsed matriel that Elliot made for other albums but didn't make the cut.

From a Basement on the Hill is the perfect beginning album, it has some of his best acoustic songs like Twilight and Let's Get Lost and his best electric stuff like Coast to Coast and Shooting Star and his best song ever King's Crossing. I think loose lips would enjoy it.
