The Rescue + The Long Spring

The Rescue is interesting, it was recorded in two weeks and they had no material for it prior to it. They wrote/finished a song for each day, theres 8 songs on it.

The Long Spring is a track from some compilation.

they are good live, but honestly they are one of my prefered musicians to listen to when im laying down in bed to go to sleep. somehow it seems to always fit the mood.

I want to talk about Crescendocore and EXplosions in the Sky place among the innovators

This is what I think but I’m open to be proven wrong

I think they developed the real signature sound for this genre and they’re the most imitated band post 2000.

I ****ing hear their sound all over the place. And I still like it.

It’s not just post rock, IMO, they stand above the pack

****ing amazing live, too
